Read piping isometric drawing and specification sheets.
Performed random selection of produced parts for testing.
Used micrometres gauges callipers and other measurement instruments to test appropriate measurements.
Fit up dimensional (root gap, root face, bevel angle, offset).
Give training to the welders for welding as per WPS.
Rejected supplier parts that did not meet standards.
Rejected company-produced parts that did not meet standards.
Worked with the management team to devise better production methods to reduce product error rates.
