Lead various maintenance strategy, advanced trouble shooting, and major maintenance activities at Refinery plant (RFCC, Tank Farm) and Petrochemical Plant (Polypropylene and HDPE) such as:
-: Mechanical Engineer (2020 - Present)
1) Review and provide technical support for mechanical static & piping modification and repairs.
2) Among special projects handled:
i) Underground GRE Piping Firewater repair and replacement work, involving wrapping lamination method.
ii) Tank Cleaning & Maintenance
iii) Heat Exchanger Bundle Cleaning
iv) Vessels and Columns internal repairs
3) Review Job Method Statement (JMS) and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and ensure compliances for all maintenance activities at site.
:- Planning Engineer during Construction and Commissioning Phase
1) Lead the performance test run (PTR) for mechanical static equipment for Polypropylene Unit
2) Lead the procurement of Equipment Initial spare parts and interchangeability for Static, perform Technical Evaluation on parts proposed by vendors/supplier complied to the Technical Specification.
3) Expert User for SAP S4HANA, Primavera P6
4) Lead the development of Equipment Reliability Strategy and Maintenance Plan
5) Lead various improvement projects prior to plant start-up
6) Troubleshoot maintenance for mechanical equipment that failed during start-up
