As a cabin crew member I have provide excellent customer service to each AA airline passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. I am trained to deal with security and emergency situations which have arisen and did administer first aid to passengers. I was employee of month in 2013 year and have received many appreciation letters from many pleased customers. I have handled many frustrated passengers with different backgrounds and nationalities equally and respectfully, so after the flight they leave the flight pleased and satisfied with us.
I have gained for short period of time great deal of distinctive shopping experience and how to drive sales results. One of my duties were meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs. Inspiring the customer to buy, celebrating the purchase, and creating a lasting positive impression of you, and the purchases they made. As well, how to handle all returns purchases courteously and professionally.
I was responsible for setting up meetings, exhibition about Mexican heritage, collecting relevant date for our clients, conducting research with my co-workers, preparing presentations and presenting them to government officials and Mexican delegates. Also, I was helping my manager to establish Mexican companies in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. We were trying attract investors to invest in Mexican companies so I had to meet and convince people about our proposals.
