Duties;
• Ensuring the inbounding and out-bounding done according to the store operations.
• Making sure all documents are checked and signed by the store superior before transferring any item out of
the store.
• Scanning all the inbound and making sure its tallied with the document count.
• Making reports for the replenishment every week and submitting it to the store manager.
• Maintaining good relationship with the wear-house staff during the transition period.
• Maintaining all the documents up to date.
• Making sure that the stocks are displayed on the shop on there specific launch dates.
• Helping the staff to maintain there backups according the SOP.
• Making sure that each staff has advanced product knowledge.
• Executing physical inventory counts after the transition period for the loss prevention.

1: People Management :
• Follow up shop team through conducting daily meeting to discuss sales achievement.
• Train new and old team on how to handle customers in addition to product knowledge in terms of features
and benefits.
• Set shop team attendance schedules according to business needs follow up implementation
• Manage all inter shops transfers and communicate properly to area manager.
• Be present in the shop floor to generate sales and also handling VIP customer’s.
• Handle team grievances and disciplines.
2: Customer Service:
• Ensure a high quality of customer service.
• Maintaining high standards of personal grooming and cleanliness across the store.
• Talking to customers, finding out their needs, and then offering advice.
• Creates customer profile forms with impeccable field filling.
• Understanding of customers requirement.
• Maintain high degree of relationship & service with customers for effective retention.
• Provide appropriate after sales service to all customers.
• Provide feedback to line manager about customer need.
• Handling customer complaints and returns.
• Help customers with inquiries- provide advice, styling tips and product knowledge.
• Sincerely thanks all customers for shopping at shop as they exit the store and invites them back.
• Ensure to keep all promises made to customer.
• Manage high standard of hygiene.
3: Sales management :
• Achieve sales as per daily, weekly, monthly and annual target.
• Achieve the sales and quality requirement within the budgets.
• Produce quantitative and qualitative sales report.
• Responsible for business development by increasing new customer base.
• Focus on high value & high potential customer for sustained growth.
• Handle more than one customer if customer crowd are more.

4: Stock Efficiency :

• Ensure stock is displayed on the sales floor according to brand standards.
• Update all the new arrivals, pricing.
• Assist in accurate stock count and keeping a tack of all the stock.
• Handle the product with utmost care, along with POS (point of sale) and packing material
• Constantly updating and replenishing sales display areas.
• Transfers stock as per company rules.
• Responsible to check all product quality and availability.
• Ensure stock safety (cabinets and stockrooms)

5: Product knowledge and Visual Merchandising :
• Communicate products feature, advantages and benefits to all customers.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising housekeeping in terms of cleanliness, display, lighting and
stock rotation.
• Understand and follow brand concepts.
• Organise merchandise and stock inventories.
• Ensure all display merchandise that is seasonally correct and priced accurately.
• Develops strong product information knowledge.
• Check products proper arrangement on the shelves and tables.
6: Shop administration :
• Ensure all the policies and procedures are followed properly.
• Ensure safety, security and cleanliness of store is given high importance.
• Ensure all returns, exchanges are made according to policy.
