• Visits schools to monitor and assess the implementation of the curriculum.

• Support the Subject Heads on the overall program implementation and ensure quality and consistency in the outputs of the respective subject
• Deliver coaching to teachers in pilot schools
• Attend weekly planning sessions with coordinators and teachers in school to create lesson plans
• Coach coordinators and teachers on lesson observation and performance dialogues
• Detail workshop modules (e.g., lesson planning, group coaching of coordinators and head teachers)
• Run rehearsals and present professional development workshops and trainings to coordinators and teachers
• Follow up the impact of the workshop presented by lesson observation and feedback
• Coordinate with all the stakeholders for smooth implementation of the project
• Attend regular problem solving to debottleneck issues within the department as well as the rest of the team
• Escalate any issues to the Maharaty Leadership
• Support the subject coordinators and teachers in the delivery of program interventions (lesson Plans, performance dialogues, data driven decision making, action planning, etc)
• Act as school interface by gathering inputs and feedback on program interventions, compiled from school visits
• Communicate key messages on Maharaty Program to the schools
• Mapping curriculum standards for different grades
As a teacher:
• Use the performance management process to advance pupil learning and enhance professional practice in line with the school’s aspirations and priorities
• Active participation in implementing and maintaining e-lessons, uploading lesson plans, work sheets, web links, announcements, discussions on LMS.
• Co-operating as well as reviewing with other teachers from time to time on the preparation and development of courses of study and lessons, teaching materials, teaching strategies, schemes of work, assessments, and research information to ensure the knowledge imparted is current, collaborate in interdisciplinary planning and team teaching and there by contribute to the development of the department.
• Maintaining good order and discipline among pupils and promoting the general progress and well-being of individual pupils both when they are authorized to be on the school premises and when they are engaged in school activities elsewhere.
• Participate in regular training, reflective practice, peer coaching and professional development programs of differentiating instruction and adapt teaching to alternative learning styles.
• Teaching, according to their educational needs, including the setting and marking of work to be carried out by the pupils in school and elsewhere
• Prepare resources for the classroom - bulletin board displays, flash cards, games, PowerPoint presentations etc.
• Use technology inside and outside of the classroom
• Identify the emotional, intellectual, physical, etc. issues of individual students which may be hindering the student from learning to her best potential, and research and recommend courses of action and work to help each child develop her own potential, and preparing support lessons for slow learners.
