* Supervise the day to day activities of the Laboratory.
* Study and analyse the lagging area during the process of testing.
* Improve the result time without compromising the quality of results.
* To reduce the area of wastage of reagents / chemicals during testing.
* Preventive maintenance of Analysers for testing to minimise the breakdown time.
* Review the project specification for the fuel transfer system for generators, prepare the clarifications, meet the client or consultant and meeting the contractor /client /consultant.
* Estimate and submit the offer as per the project specification.
* Preparation of the submittal, coordinate with the end user for inspection, preparation of the final documents and presentation of the system on handing over the system.
* Site visit and client visit for preliminary survey of the site and visit during execution of the job.
* Prepare suitable offer for the requirement of pumps as per the requirement of the client after calculating the frictional loss and required head as per the site requirement.
* Participate overseas exhibitions for the company
* Products handled are FTI Mag Drive Centrifugal Pumps, Pulsafeeder pumps, Air Operated Double Diaphragm pump, Submersible pump and Gearbox motors.
* To prepare the quotation based on inquiries from the clients, to follow-up and convert inquiries to Purchase orders.
* To inspect the pumps that comes for repair and analyse the reasons.
* To coordinate with the manufacturer for order as well as technical issues.
* To visit the client to understand more of their requirements inorder to supply them with a suitable pump.
*To assist in the design, development & delivery of variety of technical training programs to customers such as ADGAS, ADNOC etc by analyzing their training needs and requirements.
*Co-ordinate and implement these training programs. Responsible for co-ordination of communication activities; liaise with personnel from other appropriate areas and track; review and report on training course feedback.
*To prepare the course outline.
*To prepare the proposal for various courses.
*To assist in the preparation of various documents needed for conducting the training.
Vendor development for Cast Iron and Steel Castings.
Order processing as per procurement request from PPC & Placement of orders.
Study of Quality Assurance Plans.
Expediting/processing and follow up of castings with foundries to meet production/turnover schedule.
Have the basic kowledge of the production of a control valves and its operations.
Assisting the maintenance personnel in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Section of the company.
Passed out in 2003 from Kerala University in B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Stream Automobile Engineering with First Class.After the grdauation I have undergone Apprenticeship for a period of 3 months as a Trainee in a India Telephone Industries in the Maintenance department and then one year in a Valve Manufacturing Industry in Palakkad,Kerala as Engineering Grduate Apprentice.
