All issues in department consisting of 105 employees pertain to me.
Ensure all employees communicate well with Human Resources and other departments, including two-way dialogues.
Hire part-time and full-time employees, depending on the scope of the work and the type of skills and JD.
Ensure that all employees get their promotions on time, especially employees who show high performance levels.
Develop and improve the workplace environment to maintain a friendly atmosphere.
Encourage teamwork to get the best ideas from employees.
Manage diversity in a multinational workforce and ensure all employees receive equal treatment based on their individual needs. Eliminate discrimination and bias.
