Company:- Srujan Construction Management Solutions, Pune.
-Responsible for taking off all required quantities for project cos.
-Quantification of Material Qty of all construction activity and provide to Site, Purchase, Contracts, Billing and ERP uploading.
-Worked out required quantities and prepared cost estimate as per specification and drawings.
-Providing BOQ of all construction activities to finalize work contract.
-Prepared detailed Bar Bending Schedule as per GFC drawings.
-Site visit for cross checking whether material consumption or quantities on site as per estimate or not.
-Prepared rate analysis for various items according to material and labour rate.
-Worked out salable area, slab area, built up area and carpet area for each flat / building.
-Providing BOQ in ERP format to upload in system.
-Providing material Quantity for indenting.
-Providing advice and guidance to colleague in the preparation of Ms-Excel format for taking out quantities.
