Responsible for ensuring overall hygiene activities in the food production areas.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws/international standards in food safety.
Daily pre-operational inspection before the production line starts and ensure which complies with food safety standards.
Managing production lines to meet safety, Quality, and productivity goals.
Oversee the production processes.
Manage HACCP Manual, ISO 22000:2018 Manual and Halal Manual
Review the daily production report with machine capacity.
Schedule the work programs and processes.
Devise shift roster for the employees.
Ensure the safety of the workers.
Make sure that the workplace is neat, clean and free from pest
following maintenance work until it is completed.
Prepare progress reports for the review of the upper management.
Carry out other job responsibilities.

Monitoring of receiving food materials, raw materials and
checking the food hygiene, temperature control.
• The maintenance of hygiene standards and cleanliness of all
personnel, stores and equipment within the kitchen, food
preparation areas serveries and dining areas.
• The acceptance of all food deliveries (dry, ambient, frozen,
fresh & chilled goods).
• Make sure that all equipment is installed and operated safely.
• Conduct risk assessments and list all the possible ways to
reduce them.
• Supervises and verifies cleaning schedule and cleaning
chemical storage and management
• Provide safety training related to FSMS to all staff.
• Effective supervision of Pest control and waste management
system.
• Maintain FIFO and FEFO system effectively.
