Prepare the Project Plans’ based on inputs from the Project Manager and submit for his approval.
• Coordinate and manage design review
• Update the Project Plan based on the status of the activities.
• Monitor the project’s activities and prepare a periodic tracking report for submission to the Project Manager for approval.
• Supervise the distribution of the report to the relevant parties to ensure their timely communication.
• Coordinate for the Test / Commissioning report and organize its distribution to the relevant parties.
• Coordinate with the relevant parties on the schedule of the Project Handover upon successful testing / commissioning.
• Supervise in obtaining all documentation required in the Project Handover.
• Follow the Company Policies and Procedures on Safety and Health.
ANAK Hospital Project
•Supervision for the Hand over reports for phase 1 for the Mechanical systems
•Quantity survey for the HVAC, Plumbing, Medical gas, Fire Fighting, Elevators items.
•Review As built drawings.
Supervision of MEP Projects from Design concept till completion.
●Review Bill of quantities and costing estimation for the MEP scope.
●Understanding of construction project management principles, techniques and ability to read construction documents, plans and specification.
●Knowledge of construction practices, methods, materials, application and standards and ability to review project submittals and shop drawings.
●Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting systems components and principles.
●Perform work involving conventional engineering practice but may include complex features such as resolving conflicting design requirements
● Inspect work done, samples, materials, workmanship, ensuring compliance with project documents Ensures that the project as per setting out plan.
● Follow up and Supervising all the inspection requests
● Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications, ITP and method of statement
● Day-to-day supervision of the site, including supervising and monitoring the progress and manpower, Coordination between structural, architectural.
● Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site; and ensure that construction is performed as per safety plan
● Investigating sites condition to determine any kind of obstacles for the proposed construction during work progress
● Coordinating for testing of materials, processes or systems related to engineering works.
Managing HVAC, Plumbing projects from conception, Pre-production through to completion.
●Providing technical support to the project team and wider regional teams.
●Full knowledge of VRF, DX systems and HVAC systems.
●Managing project budgets and keeping costs down.
●Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
