• Preparation of Detailed Tender Programme in conjunction with Project Managers/ Design Team/ Operations/ Procurement Team/ Commercial Team.
• Review and understand all relevant documents and conditions pertaining to the project.
• Attend the formal handover from Proposals and Estimating at the start of the project in accordance with Corporate Procedures.
• Preparation of Baseline Construction Program of work upon awarding of project by integrating Project life cycle, Phases, time frame and Project Milestones in coordination with Project Managers/ Design Team/ Operations/ Sub-Contractors
• Establish and define any job oriented project control procedures and identify the level of resources required to operate them.
• Develop in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client a suitable Work Breakdown Structure for the project.
• Establish and agree the level and frequency of reporting required by the project.
• Establish and communicate cost and schedule baselines and ensure control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
• Review overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management and recommend corrective action where necessary.
• Ensure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with the Project Coordination Procedure.
• Supervise the activities of the Projects and Team both in their productivity and the technical adequacy of their output.
• To revise the program of work upon approved Variations/ Changes in project after analyzing the Impact of that Change.
• To prepare the Delay Mitigation Program if for any reason performance gets low as planned.
• To prepare Extension of Time Analysis by using any of techniques to claim for Extra Time & Cost coordinating with Commercial Department and Project Managers.
• Liaise with other Departments at all meetings relevant to project operations and ensure that the time and cost plans are updated to reflect latest information.
• Facilitate and provide data to prepare all sales forecast.
• Participate in all evaluation meetings on weekly and monthly basis.
• Maintain optimal level of performance within required budget and ensure compliance to all standard projects.
• Train all subordinates of all planning team in various system.
• Prepare reports for all planning activity metrics and analyze all results to recommend required improvements in performance.
• Prepare efficient training programs for all planning processes
