routine mechanical and system failures on Canon and Océ brand of copiers, facsimiles, printers and other wide-format devices
•Installs, services and repairs designated equipments as assigned to standards and specifications
•Reports to manager serviceability issues with necessary documentation ensuring accurate information and record keeping
•Meets customer demands by providing efficient, responsive and accurate onsite repairs
•Properly maintains all technical information, field service reports and expense reports
•Communicates with supervisors and other departments regarding the solution of escalated technical and / or customer service related problems
troubleshooting and repairing office equipments (copiers, printers, fax machines )
•Performs preventive maintenance and provides technical support to customer base
•Documents service and and installation actions by entering datas and completing reports
•Work together in a teamwork environment with dispatchers, service managers and other customer service staff
•Participates in technical training
