Responsibilities
•Originally my leading task was to cold call potential leads to explain our services, in the hopes of turning each into a client.
•After two months within the role I started to gain a portfolio of clients, offering my services and advice on all trades.
•Hold regular team meetings with the individual client's team, ensuring all existing and potential tasks have been monitored.
Achievements
•Greatly expanded the client base within my team, leading to the average number of FX trades increasing greatly. Ensuring we hit targets on a regular basis.
•Expanded my knowledge not only on the FX market but also on sales techniques, learning that potential clients want to feel two things when exchanging money; involved and secure.
