Performs, coordinate, prepare all related daily building Mechanical Inspections for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and other Mechanical related works as per submitted ITR and Quality Procedures. Maintains and Retains all quality assurance and control related documents such as MVR’s, Clearances for construction teams, ITR’s, daily inspection records and progress, audit reports, approved drawings as per MAR’s and project progress reports.
Mainly In-charge of all Maintenance technical staffs and responsible for all routine preventive maintenance works, daily maintenance task as per clients requirements, new project implementation related to maintenance programs and other maintenance management tasks.
Maintenance In-Charge, Mainly responsible for all technical staff and maintenance works, safety management, operation and maintenance of all physical plants, building management systems, new project and renovation works, preventive and corrective maintenance programs planning and implementations.
Mainly Responsible for the design, estimate and Installation of firefighting systems using wet-type sprinkler systems.
