-With a focus on customer service and maximizing profitable sales.
-Ensures that all fixtures are fully replenished at all times.
-Advises management staff of slow-moving, out-of-stock, defective, and damaged merchandise; and informs management of customer requests and complaints.

-Prepare lesson materials, bulletin board displays, exhibits and demonstration.
- Discuss assigned duties with classroom teachers in order to coordinate instructional efforts.

-Assists in the training of all Sales Associates in Customer Service standards and techniques and to lead by example. Assists in the training of sales associates on product knowledge on a regular on-going basis and supervise staff as necessary.
