• Leading Preventive maintenance team on implementation of maintenance improvement, project, bringing change in working practices and procedures within site
• Vibration Analysis - Route based analysis of more than 100 equipment’s includes Gear box, fan, compressors, blowers, steam turbine
• Thermographic analysis using Fluke Ti200
• Lubrication management
• Trouble shooting of major/recurring maintenance related problems
• Planning & execution of preventive maintenance jobs
• Conduct an RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) on major/recurring breakdowns
• Assist plants in major overhauls
• Develop maintenance improvement initiatives e.g. introduction of Predictive Proactive Maintenance techniques (Vibration analysis, NDT - Ultra Sonic testing etc.
• Documentation of Preventive Maintenance reports as per the quality assurance demand
• Administrative and man power control for work discipline at site
• Ensuring implementation of safety procedures
1. Creating and operating the repair and maintenance facilities at the project site.
2. Ensuring safe operation of all equipment as per the standard instructions specified by the manufacturer through trained and licensed operators, and implementation of all safety procedures.
3. Authorization of operators and drivers as per their tested skill levels.
4. Monitoring of use of equipment at project sites, and being the custodian of equipment and plant, ensuring no misuse of equipment in terms of application / use.
5. Maintenance of all equipment and plant as per “Preventive Maintenance” Schedule, so as to minimize the equipment outage, i.e. striving for zero “Emergency” breakdowns.
6. Make necessary arrangements for the repair of equipment and plant at site or through other sources promptly.
