Reporting to HOD, the process owner of three verticals; Sales Associate, Tele Inbound Sales and Data Hot Leads. All three aimed at selling catalogs and subscription packages of IndiaMART.

• Managing a team of 5 members and responsible for hiring for all three verticals as per the

• Closing close to 30-40 positions on a weekly basis.

• portals and professional networks, conducting walk-in drives across branches in Delhi/NCR.

How to foresee requirements and be pro active so the business does not get affected in any manner.
