Terminal operations in coordination with

 Plan, organize and control overall logistics operations to ensure smooth flow of business, maximum profitability, increase in customer satisfaction and continued business growth.

 Offer training to help staff improve, maintain or learn new skills to address company needs. Identify training and development needs through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources department.
 Work collaboratively with management in planning human resource requirements. Provide assistance in managing human resources operations such as recruitment and training-development.
 Review activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
 Facilitate employment of corrective action where adverse variations to target achievement occur or inadequate performance is suspected. Instigate actions to bring about necessary improvements.
 Continually review and set up improvements to current procedures.
