Direct and supervise all schedules and activities, prepare checklists, reports and follow-up of D&A front office, back office, Holding area and Delivery Teams
Manage co-worker performance by conducting Appraisals, monthly probationary evaluation and continuous assessment & feedback on their performance.
Manage co-worker leave planning and check monthly timesheets.
To make sure all shipments for delivery are completed by Holding Area staff and there are no missing articles.
Track delivery teams, check hygiene and tools inventory.
Receive complaints from the Teams & Customers and follow up until it is solved.
Investigate damaged goods brought by Teams & maintain reports for the same.
Maintain and update records on delivery and assembly promotions.
Co-ordinate with shipping officer regarding container for the Reservation items.
To carry out any work entrusted by the Distribution Manager.
