- Selecting the engineers supervising the implementation of the works, making contracts with them, and determining the tasks assigned to them

- A field survey of all the sites identified in each tender and includes the following: - Study the site and its conformity with the tender documents and make the appropriate amendment if necessary in coordination with the United Nations Office for Project Services Make a safety and security plan and an evacuation plan for the site - Drawing the shop drawings with AutoCAD for each facility - Preparing lists of quantities and specifications of materials required for installation, including all accessories
- Follow up on external and local purchases by supplying materials to stores
- Technical examination of the materials before transporting them to the sites in coordination with the engineers of the United Nations Office for Works Services and making a form with the agreed materials
