• Job Approval based on customer requirements and internal standards(LSD or Pantone , Printed Proof, etc...)
• Inspection of Incoming material (RM and PM), In process material and finish goods inspection based on quality plan
• Conducting Internal and external audit activities ISO 9001, HACCP and customer audits
• Sample analysis, new development, RCA, NCR and CAPA and documentations
• Maintain company product standards and Quality Policies.
• Lead the team of quality inspectors
• Product Development &Technical service to the client
• Reports for quality complaints and rejections.(incoming, In process and Outgoing)
• Implement statistical process control tools and sqc Participate external audit activities
• ISO 9001, BRC, HACCP etc and documentations.
• Conduct training activities to employees.
• Responsible to qualify new products.
• Problem solving and Root cause analysis.
• Conduct documentation activities like specification, COA, New development Trial reports and Sample analysis reports etc
• Working Knowledge ERP and MS Office
• Testing of plastics materials(HDPE, LDPE, PET&PVC)
• Shop floor inspection(Blow molding, injection molding, printing, extusion coating, lamination, slitting and shrink sleeves)
• Documentation (COA, Calibration Records, daily Quality records... Etc)
• Customer focus and Preservation samples for future purpose
• Manpower Handling
• Trouble Shooting
• Implementing standards and Related activities
