Job Responsibilities:
➢ .
➢ Verify shop drawings, method statements, procedures, and other submissions and provide final approvals or
recommendations to the Client, as required.
➢ Verify/Approve material submitted.
➢ Verify/Approve and monitor material movements/transfer and quantity authorizations for procurement
➢ Take part in material inspections, verify RCDR and provide required recommendation to the Client.
➢ Preparation of testing, commissioning of works and verification of results and follow up.
➢ Enforcing Contractor’s coordination with the End User representatives regarding protection of existing utilities and
handing over of constructed works.
➢ Prepare/Verify the required reports (progress, inspection, review etc.)
➢ Preparation and monitoring completion of initial snag list issuing recommendation for final inspections handing over.
➢ Construction Contract Administration / Variation Oders
➢ Verification of Contract Documentation and assisting in preparation the relevant Variation Orders.
➢ Taking part in project kick off meeting to ensure introduction of required procedures and to provide sufficient
guidance for commencement of Contract Works and assess Contractor’s readiness to execute required works.
➢ Close coordination with the Client, providing him with all required information regarding site matters, advise him on
proposed solutions/modifications, obtain approvals, instructions, forward on Client’s requirements to Consultant staff
& Contractor, ensure/monitor execution of the agreed actions.
➢ Prepare, review, distribute, action all Contract correspondence.
➢ Assess claims and new BOQ rates, evaluation, prepare relevant recommendation to the Client
➢ Verify proper coordination of the Contractor’s actions with other parties at site.
➢ Coordinate with other Consultants regarding contractual and technical matters.
