In my previous job, I handled export documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, shipping bill), dispatched them for submission to the bank for the realisation of export proceeds, reviewed, updated and maintained various necessary export files regarding transactions for internal databases, assisted with documentation and office records, coordinated with the freight forwarders in case of discrepancies, booked shipments, generated new leads, cold calling, contacted potential clients, followed up on the leads, answered phone calls, admin tasks, clerical tasks, data entry, contacted our clients to make necessary outstanding payments via mail, e-mail marketing of our products and other miscellaneous tasks related to export documentation.
