Management Reporting Notes: Crisis Management - Developed a Covid-19 mitigation plan with 3-month critical spares purchasing and increasing reagent purchasing forecast. Critical Spares - immediately created critical spares sheets and order and logistics schedules from ex-works locations. For major wear components, created a planning schedule with Maintenance for mill and crusher parts.
MANAGED Procurement, Supply Chain into Africa and new business development for the company's outsourced procurement and preventive maintenance contracts. Travelled extensively to Mozambique and Zambia. ERP Solution: Developed an eProcurement / ERP vision and solution in AccountMate. The electronic solution increased efficiency with electronic requisitions and simple conversion in to RFQs.
