Responding to information requests from authorized members
Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
Call and inform the patient regarding their request
Medical information of patients are updated as per requirements
• Prepares monthly sales report
• Encode invoice confirmation thru Beams software
• Prepares cheque deposit slip
• Provide secretarial work for the Managing Director
• Monitors the petty cash fund, expenses, online selling account & Salik
• Responsible for the travel flight bookings of the Managing Director
• Confirm SOUQ and NOON online sales
• Maintains employees files and records
• Responsible for monitoring and ordering office supplies
• Mail the Statement of Accounts as per request of the suppliers
• Attend phone calls & inquiries
• File and enter all vouchers
• Responsible for the payment of DEWA, DU & Etisalat bills
• Prepares Delivery Order and Invoice for Souq/Noon orders
• Maintain the cleanliness of the office
• Encode all data received from China
• Enters information into a computer database for effective record keeping
• Collecting, entering and updating data in the database
• Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
• Work as part of a team in order to achieve a common goal
• Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives
• Attend phone call and assist the queries
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Reply emails related to sales and other queries
• Prepares purchase order for the confirmed orders
• Assist the Sales Manager for all orders
• Check and screen all incoming emails and forward to concern persons
• Maintains file records
• Performs other duties that may be assigned
