Key task Responsibilities:
➢ Handles daily hotel’s reservation and enquiries of the guests.
➢ Checking the daily reservation correspondence.
➢ Assisting guest for their checking-in and checking-out.
➢ Responsible in room allocation of the guests.
➢ Handles incoming and outgoing calls.
➢ Ensure an accurate filling system and correspondence of the guest.
➢ Arranging transport for their drop and pick up to the airport.
➢ Responsible for the daily cash collection.
➢ Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
➢ Record keeping of incoming and outgoing letter of the department.
➢ Handles all guest complaints and request at the reception desk.
➢ Keeping an accurate log of all unusual incidents, problems and items.
Assisting and Train the new front office staff employee.
➢ Organize all incoming and outgoing documents.
➢ Arranging and schedule the staff schedule.
➢ Responsible in costumers complains and all the reservation emails.
➢ Perform under related works and duties assigned by immediate superiors.
➢ Organize the preparation of all kinds of technical documentation related to HR Section.
➢ Request all supplies to be needed in the front desk.
➢ Assisting and Train the newly join front office staff employee.
