Responsible for the Design, Shop Drawing, BOQ & Specs, CFD Simulation, Site Supervision, Testing & Commissioning, in the Data Center Industry and as required by Uptime Institute standards for the following trades: HVAC, Fire Fighting, Leak Detection, Plumbing and Diesel Fuel Trades.
-Load calculations on HAP 4.20
-Shop drawings for HVAC, Ventilation, Fire Fighting and Plumbing Systems.
-Synthesis, Coordination, Composite Drawings and Sections.
-Quantity Take offs, Preparation of Equipment and Instrument Lists.
Projects:
Central Library of the “Princess Nora University for Women” in Riyadh KSA: The 50, 000m² Library is an iconic building (rated LEED Gold) in what is planned to be the largest university complex in the world (Total built up area of more than 3 million sq.m).
Qatalum - QATAR Aluminum factory is one of the largest factories in the world, composed of giant 1.3 km hangers and multiple buildings and centers from which we were in charge of the Canteen and Service Center, Administrator Building, Workshop, Mosque and Guard House.
