- Cost benefit analysis (CBA) on various designs options.
- Measurement of work in progress (for Interim Claims & Cost Control).
- Preparation of weekly progress + cost reports (EVM) on work sections.
- Preparing Subcontractor contracts and material purchase orders.
- Identification, interpretation and recording of change orders (Variations) on contractual commitments.
- Preparation and following up of contractual claims.
- Ensuring documentation compliance with terms of the principal contract (guarantees, bonds, retentions, etc.)
- Understanding the principles of risk as they apply to our contractual obligations (identify, record and mitigate).
- FIDIC & NEC international EPC contracts.

• Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Measurement of work in progress (for Claims & Cost Control).
• Preparation of weekly progress + cost reports on work sections (for Weekly Meetings).
• Daily site production report and cost control.
• Preparation and verification of monthly MOS (Materials on Site) report.
• Monitoring material requisitions, delivery schedules and stock levels.
• Drafting Subcontractor contracts and material purchase orders.
• Remeasurement & verification of subcontractor payment certificates.
• Preparation of suppliers payment certificate.
• Supervising & mentoring site checkers and time keepers.
• Facilitating and monitoring external hire of plant (Express of Interest) and drafting plant hire agreements.
• Preparation of subcontractor adjudication and appointment documentation.
• Preparation, recording and monitoring of equipment, labour & material price escalations.
• Onsite weather recording and documentation for Contractual EOT claims
• ZGCC4, FIDIC, NEC and JCT contracts.
