Working as a Technical Production Operator in the Membrane production area which produces water membrane.
The job mainly is four positions in rotation:
1) Board Operator:
We monitoring all alarms events in the HMI (PLC) and check the line run safely and effectively. Preparation for the new JUMPO, that going in the line. Taking samples for all working chemicals and after getting results we will take action for the concentration of the chemicals.
2) Field Operator:
Take care of the finishing sup-rolls and prepare for new sup-roll. Taking coupons of the finishing sup-rolls to do quality test for it.
3) Plate and Frame:
Doing quality test for the finishing rolls and if there is any outstanding of the quality he will communicate with Board Operator to adjust concentration of the chemicals. Prepare all passed rolls to send for Fabrication department.
4) Chem:
Mixing new batches of chemicals and sample it for quality. Unloading row materials from truck, tote or drums.
Each position had own check list to do to make sure the line steady, safe and clean.
Responsibilities
Take care of the plant equipment and make sure it work smoothly and
safely.

Troubleshoot processes to gain optimum yield and profitability and ensure
the plant is run within process limits and product specifications.

• Loading the product in truck, drums or IBC's (sometimes using forklift).
• Offloading the row materials (sometimes using forklift).
In case of any malfunction, contact maintenance and prepare the
equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance. Some
maintenances done operators.

• Working in the control room in panel to run the plant.

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain the plant equipment to meet or exceed the
company production objectives in a safe.
•
Start, operate or shutdown plant equipment in a safe and reliable manner
in order to achieve the production objectives in line with day-to-day
operating plans and quality objectives.
•
Check all plant equipment being used, for smooth operation; in case of
any malfunction, contact maintenance and prepare the equipment for
preventive and corrective maintenance.
•
Emergency: respond to emergencies like fire and gas release as a part of
the emergency response team to safely and securely respond to the
emergency.
•
Comply strictly with all normal and special operating procedures and
guidelines so as to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of the
plant in a safe and reliable manner.
•
