Conduct Weekly meetings with Project management team & ensure all construction works are been completed or in process as per Health & Safety requirements.
Proven ability to Develop & Establish the OSH Management system as per OSHAD Regulatory framework.
Conduct OHS Audit in all the Facilities along with awareness about local regulations of different sector regulatory authorities (ADEK, HAAD, ADFCA, Municipality, Civil Defense, IDB & DMAT) to ensure the compliance of OSHAD Management System.
Oversee the security operations to plan and arrange the training, assign jobs for control rooms, traffic management and emergency response plans across all sites.
Overview Facilities management companies Policies & Procedures for hard & Soft Services.
Development of the HSE Risk register for all operational activities in close coordination with the relevant departments. Regular monitoring activities on the implementation of the identified control measures.
EHS Checklist Establish & Review in the Facilities by the safety inspectors, Review all the Risk Register, Risk Rating Table of all the Facilities and scale them in appropriate matrix.
Conduct the accident investigations and job safety analysis to discuss and eliminate the root cause through OSH Committee Meeting.
Involving & assisting the different department team members in preparation Group Risk Assessment
Attending Monthly corporate meetings, Weekly Factory meeting, conducting Emergency Preparedness- Mock drill.
Preparation of Management Programs and Operational control procedures for both EMS & OHSAS along with Site Safety plan for different contracts.
Regular monitoring activities on the implementation of the identified control measures of Rolling Mill, Melting Plant, Wire mesh Division, Cut & Bend Division, Epoxy Plant, Signage Plant, annealing Furnace, Hydro test machines Policies & Procedure Implementation.
Ensure proper and thorough investigations and root cause analyze are carried out for all HSE related incident or accident. Review processes, ensure timely report and complete follow through of corrective and preventive actions.
Provide HSE advice and clearance to any installation of any equipment and chemical implementing ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001.
Develop & Establish the OHS management System.
Conduct OHS Audit in all the Facilities.
Advising statutory requirement regarding ADEC requirement.
Awareness about local regulations of different sector regulatory authorities
Awareness about the international standards.
To enforce the compliance of OSHAD management system.
To provide adequate information about code of Practice enforced by OSHAD.
Environmental checks as well as the health & safety aspects and impacts in the Facilities
Implementation awareness through effective presentation of corrective actions on each
Aspect & impacts to SLT.
To provide all the possible information about OSHAD management system information in all the levels of organization through OSH committee.
Review all the Risk Register, Risk Rating Table of all the Facilities & scale them in appropriate matrix
Oversee the security operations across all sites.
Plan and arrange the training, assign jobs for control rooms, traffic management and emergency response plans.
Submit H& S Reports along with security performance to the SLT management.
