I have been participated in BRICS summer school in University of Campinas (Brazil) in 2019, the course was to make understanding how these countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) regulate and maintain their economies.
To provide services to the employees and employers by making harmonization for the further organization development. Basically, rely on conflict resolution at the workplace
