• Inspection of process to make sure that everything from raw materials to finished products meets quality & Safe Food Standards.
• Inspection of final production at the time of GR. and release items through SAP System on daily basis.
• To ensure that the Allergen protocol is fully implemented at respective areas.
• Create notification of non-conformity work & Re-work at section and assign task to concerns.
• Workers personal hygiene, GMP and daily inspection of production plant.
• Problem solving at floor on immediate & planned basis and decision taking.
• Coordinate trial production with R&D.
• Conduct testing of raw spices, edible oil, wheat flour, sugar, starch, food additives and all semi finish products including spice recipes, instant drinks and pickles.
• Inspection of materials in SAP within lead time.
• Develop and ensure specification, parameters, method and related Work instructions are updated and maintained.
• Maintain safety stock of lab inventory including chemicals, glass wares, equipment accessories and utilities.
• Prepare supplier performance report on the basis of inspection results and observations at the time of receiving and during online processes.
• Maintain record of all MSDS, COA, and Halal Certificates.
• To monitor and verify the sampling, Inspection & testing of all incoming Raw & Packaging materials as per defined testing parameters and standard.
• To ensure preparation of Quality inspection reports and their release on ERP and GRN respectively.
• Analyze root causes of Nonconformities/deviations that are experience at receiving & online stage and take necessary action.
• Conduct machine/lab trial of raw & packaging material during development phase and against any complain.
• Retesting and revalidation of raw/packaging materials, dead stock and take necessary action for their use or disposal in consult with immediate supervisor/head.
• Monitor and verify the supplier performance on the basis of inspection results and observations at the time of receiving and during online processes.
• Correspondence with Supplier, commercial, R&D, production and store for suggestion, recommendation and corrective action to maintain the consistency in material Quality.
• Develop and ensure specification, parameters, method and related Work instructions are updated and maintained.
• Improvement modifications are suggested in existing packaging material, their testing methods, parameters, equipment’s & their use for optimization of work & resources.
• To ensure compliance of material that is Halal.
• To ensure receiving of COA, MSDS, Halal certificate and other related document along with each raw & packaging material.
• To monitor the lab inventory and maintain safety stock of chemicals, glass wares, equipment accessories and utilities.
• Conduct Food safety audits of Raw material warehouses to ensure that material are received & store as per set standards.
• Conduct internal audits of FSMS and QMS as an AMR.
• Conduct Gap analysis of processing areas and take follow ups till rectification.
• Conduct Hazard analysis of new process as well as existing process.
• As an AMR take a part in getting certifications of FSMS, QMS and Halal food system.
