 Currently as a Mechanical engineer, I have been allotted project dealing with Design of automated tube loader (paddle-slider system). This project deals with the designing of 4-stack diffusion furnace used in manufacturing of solar cells with concept design and review till concept is finalized, Resource planning: cost estimation and BOM required, Procurement of materials, Installation of machine, Testing and trouble shooting.

 Also dealing with the project related to Design and development of Basket unloader, were simple mechanism for unloading wafers from Teflon baskets are to be designed.

 Understood the working principle of centrifugal and axial fans and to review Drawings and visual inspection of completed jobs.
