Project Management involves installation, testing and commissioning of the 400/132kV and 132/11kV GIS Substations and 132kV underground Cable Projects, responsibilities include review of design, equipment specifications and technical coordination of the project. Invoices, variation orders and delay reports review. Resolved substantial scheduling delays and fieldwork issues and put the delayed old projects back on track. Monitored the project status to ensure safety, quality, scheduling and cost objectives were achieved.
The following table having fourteen contracts for 132kV Substations and Cables DEWA projects awarded to M/s. Emirates Electrical Engineering Co. L.L.C, M/s. Al Mostajed Technologies Co. L.L.C and M/s. Spaceage Co. L.L.C which were handled by me from the kickoff meeting to project closeout of the project i.e. up to final payment to the contractor after delay report evaluation and approval, not only speedy execution of projects but also made all invoice timely payment. I have handled M/s. Emirates Electrical Engineering Company, Dubai, projects simultaneously up to 7 projects and regularly handled up to 7 Project Managers from contracting company, each contract having four to six 132kV substations and also each Substation related 132kV Cable circuit installation works about 450km.
