.Inventory management helps us to identify which and how much stock to be order at what time. It help to track the inventory
from purchase to sales the goods.
. The practices identifies and responds to trends to ensure there’s enough stock to fulfill customer orders and proper warning of a
space.
. Responsible to provide the inventory stock data on weekly and monthly basis to higher management. Examine the levels of
supplies and determine the storage capacity.
.Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems. Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
.Handling HR/Admin work. Recruiting new people, Give them proper and clear process training. Guide how to work in floor.
. Managing assets with consumable items movements. GRN/Outward in SAP. Knowledge in SAP

Responsible to handle fg goods which is stored for resale. Bin hygienic, stock adjustment, stock audit

Logistics (Store)
• Handling all activity pertaining to logistics operations including delivery of the goods/shipments as per committed timelines and
cost; sustaining the existing network & managing the supply chain.
• Effectively managing costing system resulting in cost reduction; adeptly handling and managing all aspects of merchandising and
ensuring timely distribution.
• Monitoring timely movement of raw material/packing material from suppliers to factories to meet production plan & finished
goods from factories to C&FA to meet sales plan while adhering to quantity & cost parameters.
• Responsible for providing total warehouse and logistics solutions to ensure smooth & trouble free flow of materials and
maintain supply chain effectiveness; managing the supply chain, ensuring timely distribution of merchandise.
• Maintaining coordination with shipping companies, transporters, banks, CHA’s, C&F agents/external agencies for achieving
seamless & cost-effective transport solutions.
• Managing tasks related to supply chain management using SCM tools; efficiently controlled inventory and ensured adequate
stock and replenishment based on demand/supply forecasts for smooth flow of business operations.
• Adeptly analyzing material requirement, negotiating with the suppliers for price & payment terms and delivery; successfully
developing vendors and negotiating for procuring essential items at competitive prices.
• Deftly managing entire operations and implementing modern inventory management techniques to enhance operational
efficiency.
• Efficiently leading and mentoring the team, identifying their training requirements and conducting performance appraisals and
succession planning.
• Receiving of materials against Purchase Orders and unpacking and tagging with proper checking of the received materials.
• Responsible for the preparation of materials arrival report, inspecting of the materials through quality control, binning of the
received materials and keeping in proper locations

Deftly shouldered the responsibilities of handling the entire domain of store keeping functions, decided reasonable inventory
levels for all items and devised procurement plan accordingly; oversaw safe, secure & environmentally-sound operations and
maintained company’s assets in a cost effective manner.
• Monitored and handled overall operation of stores like Issue/Receiving of material, Store Management, Receipt of Goods,
ensuring Storage requirement - automobiles, electrical/electronics, aircraft spares, telecommunication equipments, ration, fuel,
oil, chemicals and gases etc.
• Involved in organizing equipments, preservation, packaging maintenance, safe custody of stores, proper accounting and review
of stores. Estimated, stipulated & procured equipments at the right time and the right place to overcome shortfall situations.
• Involved in disposal of salvage & surplus stores effectively ie, scrap, waste, and obsolete through auction and suitable method.
