• Responsible for managing various departments such as Finance, Purchase, Legal, Insurance, Administration, Billing, Information Technology, etc.
• Looking after the management of day-to-day accounting/finance/budgeting activities, etc.
• Developing a zero based budgeting which helped in meaningful comparison of actual performance versus budget;

• Responsible for preparing various Financial feasibilities which helped in Business development
• Evaluating proposals of vendor’s and awarding contracts
• Delivering presentation to the Board of Directors
• Headed & supervised the 40-50 clients and managed around 15 teams audit teams, thereby ensuring assurance services to different forms of business entities
• Independently managed the entire gamut of activities in auditing inclusive of:
o Reviewing work of reporting senior auditors, Asst. Managers and other staffs
o Managing multinational clients with multi location reporting
o Discussion with management audit observations
o Final review of accounts
o Issuing the report, ensuring compliance with the statutory requirements viz IFRS, UAE Laws and regulations, etc
Notable Accomplishments:
• Actively involved as part of multi-location audit assignments and worked on critical areas such as consolidation, goodwill impairment, business combination accounting of various major conglomerates
• Instrumental in carrying out Interim review assignments in accordance with International Standards on Review Engagements
• Effectively delivering various presentations to the client’s viz. the Board of Directors, Management Committees, Audit Committees on the financial and operations performances
• Played a pivotal role in presenting IFRS trainings on various topics to the external clients and internally to audit staffs
• Holds the merit of increased the department revenue by 5% by increasing scope of work, winning new clients
• Secured Best Manager Award during 2012
• Received an appreciation from Top 500 Billionaire List Chairman for the presentation delivered during 2012
• Successfully handled the following major clients Welcare and City Hospital, Sasol Group, Total Group, Cosmesurge and Emirates Hospital Group, Topaz Energy and Marine Group, Dubai World Trade Centre-Dubai, ETA Star and ETA Ascon Group of Companies-Dubai, Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, Prime Technologies Group of Companies, etc.
