To work closely with sales managers and Technical heads in preparing quotations in accordance to the sales process as well as to ensure the alignment with the company strategy, corporate pricing and guidelines
Regular interaction with the outside sales team/customer and understanding the requirements and providing a most cost effective solution and also market strategy, planning and cost optimization which would make us very competitive among the various other bidders.
To facilitate the front end work required on the enquiries received and sizing and selection of Control valves for KOSO products as per the Process data and customer requirements for Refinery, Power plant & for severe service Applications.
Providing best possible services from our end to the customer.
To plan and coordinate project enquiries and prepare a time plan and work accordingly by recommending and selling of valves and controls utilizing knowledge of valve and actuation applications.
Handling of Hydraulic, Pneumatic actuation systems, dump tubes, silencers, Positioner, limit switches, air filter regulators, solenoid valves and other Industrial Products domain.
Knowledge in process piping, control valves, flow controllers, pressure regulation, pressure
Instrumentation, pumps, valves and fittings within the process control industry.
Knowledge on valve accessories selection and having a good exposure with ASTM/ASME/ANSI Pressure vessel codes.
Computing installation or production costs, estimating savings and preparation and submission of Techno commercial proposal for new construction, replacement and after market jobs and submitting the same on time. Follow up with existing clients and look for new enquiries.
Handling Countries : Korea & partially handle Middle East, North & South America and South east Asia under Quotation Hub
Responsible for the review of plans, P&ID, schematics, project specifications from the customer.
Coordination with manufacturing plant for technical queries and for priced offers. To work closely with customer and internal service team to resolve any technical problems (if applicable).
Supporting Project Engineering in Post-Order Activities.
Worked in close coordination with Project Engineering/ Management, Manufacturing planning engineer, Assembly team and QA for smooth and effective completion of the projects as per the time plan.
Attending kick-off meetings with the EPCs or End Users for the smooth execution of the projects.
Interaction with the various Engineering, Procurement and Construction \[EPC\] contractors for different Power and Oil & Gas plant application/ system.
Develop trusting relationship with existing and potential customers/agents. Responsible for the creation and maintenance of new customer records.
Liaise with QA to ensure testing of finished goods is planned and arrangements are made for customer inspection.
Keep close liaison with Product development team for updates of new products and pricing policies.
To be well versed with KOSO product line for Turbine Bypass application, boiler feed water and other applications in Power plant and basic in O&G.
Worked for Hyundai engineering, Saudi Electricity Company, Doosan, Dresser Rand, Siemens, Samsung engineering, Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), SAMSUNG C & T, BURNS & MCDONNELL, KEIWIT and several other projects so far.
