PERSONNEL & PUBLIC RELATIONS WORKS
1. Receiver and disseminator of all information related to Admin & Public relations Department.
2. Responsible for personnel administration, government relation and staff relation.
3. Performs daily coordination & extensive follow-up with HRD regarding pertinent issues such as manpower requisitions and all other various employee related requests that may come from time to time;
4. Monitor passport and visa expiry of employees and coordinate with main office’s HR/Admin Department and Accounts Department for the company employee document requirements and for contract checking / petty cash request and collection respectively
5. Responsible to provide advice and suggestion for the all ministerial information’s required by the company & Employees.
6. Responsible to prepare and process all the required documents for submission at various government departments. (UAE Ministry of Labour, EDNRD, JAFZA, RAK FTZ and SAIF ZONE, Dubai Municipality, DED etc)
7. Gathers all required documents like passport, Education Certificate, NOC from the candidates and keep in company safe custody
8. documents for new employment visa, visit Visa, transit Visa, renewals of visa, labour card and cancellations thereof, in Free Zone and LLC based companies.
9. To coordinate with all the group companies in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras El Khaimah, Oman, Qatar & KSA.
10. Responsible to keep the original tenancy contract rented by the company in safe custody and processing required documents for renewal of trade licenses and tenancy contracts.
11. Responsible in preparing the SIF file for the payment of Employees salary through WPS system and Update Employees software with all the required data.
1. Maintaining office system; databases, operation of office equipments and coordinating the flow of information both internally & externally;
2. Preparing and submitting all documents of Labour, Immigration, Courts, Traffic and Municipality Department
3. Responsible in the application/renewal of licenses/registrations of the company to government agencies.
4. Maintain a list of all certificate and license dates and ensure that they are renewed prior to their expiry
5. Supervising Administration employees
1. Updates the details of the data base of the Newly Joined employees and yet to Join candidates.
2. Make Sure the employee job effectively and clarity of his mind for external problems also helping him to solve his problems and follow him to make sure his problem over ( finished )
3. Gathers all required documents like passport, Education Certificate, NOC from the candidates
4. Receive customer complaints and follow-up and make sure to resolve the problem and finish it
5. Make sure of customer satisfaction
6. Sending receiving and doing the correspondence letters, Forms and applications
7. Reply for information’s/queries received by mail or Fax
8. Maintaining customers service and motivating staff to achieve the best operation result
1. Organizing and Preparing all types Documents of Labour Ministry via online (Employment Visa, Labour Card etc)
2. Creating & arranging Documents of Dubai Immigration Departments (Residence Visa, Online Visit Visa, Employment Visa, Family Visa etc)
3. Filling and typing different Foams of Dubai Ports and Municipality
4. Preparing Letters, Invoices, Quotations Etc
5. Arranging Health Card, Health Certificate via online
6. Knowledge of the usages of All Office Equipment like Type writer, Fax, Photocopier etc
