Working as a Safety Inspector, constructions, and commissioning projects, Modernization program, monitoring all around sites, attending sub-contractor TBT and meetings training, conducting training various safety training, audits, inspections, walk-through with client weekly basis, and reporting, checking all activities PTW and supporting documentation, etc.

•Creating effective procedures for the preparation and implementation of programs within the area of industrial safety, and the environment in plant.
•Conducting Safety Audits & Risk Assessment; implementing Safety Management System and formulating Mutual Aid Scheme with neighboring industries.
•Accountable for site inspections and office audits.
•Reviewing contractor’s Method statements, Safety action plans and Risk analysis.
•Achieving stated targets of the company and ensuring smooth running of the organization.
•Coordinating and participating in bi-weekly safety meetings, and formal worksite inspections.
•Monitoring the site frequently to ensure compliance with the HSE requirements on site.
•Achieving Project and Corporate Training requirements for all the project operatives.
•Developing incentive programs to increase the staff Safety awareness.
•Identifying and providing necessary training to the contractor’s employees.
•Coordinating with HO for internal & external audits; evaluating Fire & Rescue Mock Drills.
•Participating in SIMOPS. Putting special emphasis on emergency evacuation procedures.
•Monitoring confined space activities, safe access, safe work procedures for multi disciplinary activities at multi level work areas & erection of vessels. Responsible for emergency response planning and training.
•Developing activity specific formats & procedures to ensure the safe work conditions and practices.
•Supervised the tank - age construction by Conventional & Jacking methods
Developed site specific Reward Recognition program to encourage site operatives to actively participate in and reporting unsafe conditions & resolving site issues.
•Ensured in archiving 100% Corporate & Client’s Training requirements within set time frame for Project Staff.
•Adopted & implemented “Documented System” based on Risk assessment.
•Done monthly manpower reporting to our client, safety flash on to the dashboard, HSE meeting with client.
