• Prepare monthly financial works status to finance department.
• Coordinator of project handover team and liaise with Concerns.
• Prepare the sub-contractors bills and cross check with IPCs.
• Liaise with the authority, consultant and construction professionals.
• Review architectural plans and prepare estimated quantity.
• Track changes in plans or construction and update budgets.
• Prepared Rate analysis of Non tender item.
• Prepared daily, monthly Progress report and environmental reports.
• Prepared bar bending schedule of project
• Prepared as-build billing works ongoing project.
• Price forecast, planning and budgeting of project.
• Site Supervision.
