Plan, supervise and ensure effective electrical maintenance activities for the healthcare facilities to ensure technical and operational safety, integrity and reliability of the assets and to minimize downtime of the facilities. Maintenance of electrical equipment’s and systems like Distribution Boards (Main Distribution Board, Sub Main Distribution Board, Final Distribution Board), UPS (Chloride, ABB, Socomec), Capacitor Bank, IPS, Air Circuit Breaker (Schneider, Eaton MEM), Central Battery System, Generator (Perkins, Cummins) and ATS, internal & external lighting systems and ELV Systems like Fire Alarm (Simplex, Ziton), Access Control (Altronics), Public Address (Bosch), CCTV (Watchnet, Honeywell), Nurse Call system etc.
Project Details:-
“Initial Repair, Operation and Maintenance of Al Gharbia Hospitals and Clinics” for client SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Services Company) in the western medical region of Abu Dhabi, UAE
Duties and Responsibilities: -
•Responsible for planning and scheduling of electrical maintenance works on site.
•Ensuring proper periodic maintenance of all LV and ELV systems for the facilities.
•Manage daily operations, meet with maintenance sub-contractors.
•Provide technical direction to subordinates on fault finding diagnoses and repairs.
•Responsible for dealing with breakdowns / shutdown with maintenance team.
•Conducting annual maintenance of Air Circuit Breakers with M/s. Schneider.
•Conducting monthly Generator load test in coordination with ADDC.
•Computing of monthly electricity consumption and analysis.
•Ensure compliance to CAFM schedule and report preparation.
•Follow up with the suppliers for the annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
•Prepare reports for major breakdown with corrective actions plan.
•Conducting periodically various tests on site and prepare reports.
•Keep record of stock inventories and prepare materials requisition.
•Prepared and conducted technical training programs for the staff.
•Monthly Report preparation and technical documentation work.
•Preparation of material requisition to ensure availability of spare parts on sites.
•Participating and taking snag for the new undertaking project.
•Maintains safety, health and environmental policies as per HSE policy.

Supervised the electrical installation works of various equipments like Cable Trays, Ladder, Internal and External Lightings, Emergency/Exit Lighting Systems, Earthing and Lightning Protection, Distribution Boards, Power Wiring and Cable Pulling, Cable Laying and Terminations, Testing and Commissioning for Barzan Onshore EPC Project for client Japan Gas Company Corporation

Job Responsibilities:-

•Electrical installation in MEP Projects.
•Supervising of all electrical works installation.
•Providing instruction for the4 installation.
•Testing and Commissioning.
•Checking the installation of Cables and cable pulling works.
•Check the installation as per approved drawings.
•Assists QC team during inspection.
