Coordinating with our existing and new client regarding our services . Visiting to new companies for sales and for new contract with our companies . We are a vendor of SABIC so I am a representing my company in sabic as a representative and coordinate with all affiliated clients of SABIC. Working on SABIC SSRS system to completing our all job.
Sourcing Profiles through Various Job portals, Networking Sites, References, Head hunting
Coordinate with delegate in Interviews.
Coordinating with International Client, responsible for overall correspondence.
Coordinating with Client for all HR related works.
Self-correspondence, Sending E Mails & Fax as well day to day routine works.
Handling of travel and stay arrangements for Client and our employees.
Coordinating with Media Department for Advertisement, Hotel and Air Ticket booking.
Coordinating with Visa Processing Department for Candidates Medical Test,
Visa processing, Airline Tickets and final departure/deployment.
Manage & Maintain cv’s database for current and future requirement.
Dealing with Visitors / Clients.
