To monitor production and also Safety activities of all the units of used oil re-refinery plant which includes Vacuum Dehydration unit, Vacuum Distillation unit, Clay treatment unit.
To monitoring and followup maintainance activites of plant.
To lookafter housekeeping of the plant.
Maintain Log Book and write in detail about Plant operation, abnormalities and maintenance jobs
Maintain and check that all work has been done according work permit system to avoid any hazard.
Conduct Job Hazard Analysis
Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity .
Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
Incident investigation and reporting to higher managment occured onsite.
Plant Capacity = 1000 m3/day
• Oversee operation of Wastewater treatment plant to meet all applicable regulatory & Client’s requirements in accordance to the design criteria.
• Develops and implements techniques and methods of process control, which increase plant efficiency.
• Oversee preventive maintenance program of the plant.
• Oversee emergency and unscheduled work to assure appropriate follow through.
• Coordinates equipment repair or replacement such that plant effluent quality limits are maintained.
• Oversee Laboratory parameters as per the requirement of EPA & Clients (BOD, COD, TSS, PH, TEMPERATURE)
Plant Capacity = 606 m3/day.
• Monitoring Operation and Controlling the Process Parameters of Wastewater treatment plant of M/s Halal Food Industries, look after, and monitor maintenance activities of plant.
• To ensure that the effluent discharge parameters meets the regulatory requirements.
• To look after documentation of plants including Logbook, Lab reports, Chemicals consumption report.
Plant Capacity = 3500 m3/day
Monitoring Operation and Controlling the Process Parameters of Activated Sludge Process Wastewater Treatment Plant, job description includes:
• Monitoring, targeting and reporting all the respective work relevant to project including Civil, Electrical and mechanical work given by authorities.
• Lead team of shift supervisor, chemist, operators, fireman, electrician, maintenance team.
• Independently startup & Shut down plant and emergencies as per established plant operating procedures.
• Water lab testing BOD, COD, TSS, PH, TDS, SV, MLSS
• Manage chemicals preparation and dosing according to all parameters.
• Dispose of the waste sludge generated as per EPA regulations.
Worked as Shift Engineer in Tufail Chemical Industries, on Formic Acid and Sodium Sulphate production Plant, job description includes:
• To look after production process of the plant.
• To write detailed log sheet of the shift on daily basis of the plant.
• To look after all mechanical maintenance activities of plant.
PROCESS ENGINEER - POLYCONDENSATION DEPARTMENT
Plant Capacity = 80 Tons/day
Worked as Process Engineer in Gatron Industries Ltd, on PET manufacturing plant, job description includes:
• Monitoring of production activities on the Distributed Control system Workstations (DCS)
.
• To ensure the plant run smoothly & efficiently.
• To manage the Shift Staff and make sure that all persons are in their respective areas.
• To make sure that Raw material, Chemicals and utilities consumption are at optimum level.
• Ensure that all areas are Clean and housekeeping of plant is in order.
• Ensure that all jobs and work being done as per standard procedures to avoid any Hazard.
• Maintain Log Book and write in detail about Plant operation, abnormalities and maintenance jobs.
• To prepare Daily Raw Materials & Utilities Consumption Report.
