Basic active directory management on server, IP addressing, outlook configuration etc.

Provide assistance and resolution for network issues.
Develop, recommend, and assist with implementation of complex upgrades and improvements to the network
Develop solutions to complex network problems and ensure designed solutions are tested prior to implementation
Apply advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently
Display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex and/or cross-functional problems
Responsible for training junior engineers on existing/new solutions and emerging technologies
Plan, implement, and/or engineer network solutions based on project requirements with intermediate to advanced complexity
Build and Configure Network Routers, Switches, and Firewalls
Design Secure and Highly Available Network Solutions
Analyze and Make Recommendations on existing Network architecture
Build and Configure Load Balancers
Monitoring/tracking network and direct ownership for tracking the resolution of escalated incidents
Work with NOC on escalated critical network alerts and drives efficient resolution network incidents
Responsible for timely installation, patching and upgrading of network components
Reviews log files and monitoring data for problems and perform proactive maintenances
Partners with other Assuring teams on a consistent basis in order to reduce production downtime
Participates in RCA for production issues and be responsible to provide one for Network issues.
