JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
* Entrusted with the responsibility of providing suitable fire protection, fire alarm & detection,
emergency lighting and voice evacuation systems for the project based on the requirements, local
codes and international standards.
* Coordination of sub contract drawings and consultant drawings for execution.
* Preparing bill of quantities based on the as built drawings and design drawings.
* Making site visits and preparing related hand sketch with dimensions for carrying out the design.
* Interacting with clients, civil / MEP consultants, MEP contractors regarding fire protection for
the projects undertaken.
* Entrusted with the responsibility of meeting the civil defense personnel’s regarding technical
clarifications for the design provided.
* Preparing schematic drawing along with the process and instrumentation diagram with full
details like pipe sizes, flow speed, type of valves etc.
* Responsible for conceptualizing design projects based on client / end-user needs.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:-
* Preparation of drawings and hand sketch presentation
* Design, analysis and propose modifications as required onsite.
* Preparation of civil procedures for installation, testing and commissioning.
* Coordination of sub contract drawing and consultant drawings for execution.
* Preparation of estimation and bill of quantities
* Site meeting and discussion with subcontractor
* Supervise activities of respective foremen and ensure work on schedule.
