Support NGOs to access and operate in Eastern Syria by monitoring day-to-day conflict activity.
▪ Assist in the collection and verification of security information to enter in a database system.
▪ Contribute in the preparation of security reports, area and risk assessments, presentations and briefings,
maps, and other products.
▪ Recruit and supervise a team of 20 field monitors and maintain an extensive information network among
international NGO and UN to provide contextual analysis.

▪ House-to-house visits of Syrian refugees to monitor their living conditions and record issues and special
cases such as disabilities and medical conditions in a digital database.
▪ Support international staff to organise distributions and translate from Arabic and Kurdish into English.
▪ Answer queries from visitors in at UNHCR centre in Zakho and Domiz Camp and support in filling out
forms.

▪ Budget, propose and organise computer and English courses for disabled people and their guardian.

▪ Cooperate with UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) to
verify money transfers and deliver aid checks to Palestinian refugees.
