Review and accept the preventive maintenance plan and activity as well as corrective maintenance work of storm water & foul sewer network.
Evaluate the reports of assessment/ inspection activities of all the assets of SGW & FSN network provided by the CZF contractor.
Conduct weekly progress meeting with the contractor and reviewed their submittals not limited to daily, weekly, monthly reports and weekly look ahead plan as well as recovery plan.
Review the snags list, all the approvals and as-built drawings submitted by the consultant & contractor prior to attend final taking over inspection.
Perform the scheduled inspections & prepare snags list prior to issue completion certificate.
Keep updated and maintained the handover database to the date.
Perform scheduled inspections (customer complaints) and deliver on time accurate reports/documents/ information within assigned job.
Review the flood mitigation plan and visited the project to assure all the measures are in place and instruct the contractor to add more if required.

Check the delivered materials on site as per approved materials submittal, project specification, local and international standards. Witness materials test, check laboratory test report and keep on file for record.

Making thrust wall at departure shaft and setting thrust platform to support upper loads safely.
Setting out H-beam for guide rail and check sleeper spacer block, jack stand, hydraulic jack and other equipment, which used in pipe jacking.
Setting of cutting edge and jacking pipe and check the soil condition behind sheet pile and then start cutting of departure face opening.
Check the arrangement of grouting equipment, mixing proportion, ratio Grouting speed, pressure, depends on soil start primary grouting, and then continue if necessary.
After completion jacking DIP insert casing pipe and completed along with fittings and check with hydraulic pressure test. Finally completed with cement grouting between the main DIP and casing pipe.
After all, completed reinstatement work according to Roads and Highway, Chittagong City Corporation and Chittagong development authority specifications.
Monitoring and pro-actively identifying site technical & construction issues and close out of corrective & preventive actions
Ensure efficient work methodologies in compliance with safety, quality & productivity for successful completion.
In the resolution of disputes and negotiation of change orders during construction assist project manager.
Providing guidance and assistance to all site staff with respect to any aspect of the management system applied to their area of assigned responsibility.
Mange all phases of projects including; execution, progress meetings, change orders, payment request and quality control.

Assist in conducting internal audit within the project in order to check the compliance to the implementation of Quality Assurance Plan.
