•Review through scope of work, P&ID, technical specification and tender documents
•Preparation of design documents like instrument data sheets, instrument index, I/O list, loop diagram etc.
•Coordination, preparation of drawings and documents.
•HAZOP and review meetings, techno commercial evaluation of instrumentation, PLC and SCADA systems
•Preparation job execution plan, allocate resource, manage installation activities.
•Manage site for installations activities. Request RFI, conduct loop checking, pre commissioning and commissioning activities.
•Expedite material delivery, client and subcontractor liaison, site meetings.
•Sub-contractor co-ordination. Conduct FAT, SAT, prepare final mark-up drawings, prepare close out report.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Comprehensive job review through scope of work, P & ID diagrams, location drawings, hook up, cable schedules, cable set route and terminations, data sheet for various types of field instruments
•Coordinate with the client engineers/PMC and correct documents/drawings upon their review and comments
•Supervision of instruments installation, cable laying, conduit installation, JB installation, inspection, calibration, loop checking, site acceptance test
•Co-ordinate for close out report and hand over as built documents/drawings
