Operations Managements:
Monitoring basis various weekly/monthly MIS reports pertaining to process and productivity.
Ensuring timely prepaid subscriber base uploading into the system, Barring & Unbarring within TAT, CAF Processing, Activation, and Complaint Management within TAT.
