• Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms

• Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
• Do final checks at the day of the event to ensure everything meets standards
• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Must maintain pool of applicants for future requirement.
• Screens qualified applicants by evaluating the resume according to the qualifications and requirement set for the position to ensure that short listed candidates meet the qualifications.
• Administers pre-employment examination by ushering them to the examination venue, presenting the exams, and evaluates test results of instructions and time limits for the exams, and evaluates test results of applicants and endorse those who passed for initial interview.
• Schedules applicants for initial interview and for final interview to the concerned Departments Head.
• Prepares pre-employment checklist for hired applicants.
• Collects pre-employment requirements and double checks the applicants.
• Prepares and organize 201 files of applicants.
• Prepares of new employees and terminated employees.
• Provides Uniform to newly hired employees.
• Prepares Overtime request Form for Personnel/GS employees.
• Receives Overtime request Forms from other departments and double checks its completeness and correctness of submitted approved ORF.
• Encodes all attendance transaction for payroll purposes.
• Prepares Time card for WAP/Contractual every month.
• Issues time card if needed.
• Checks if absences are covered by leave forms. If AWOL report must be made.
• Prepares ID’s for newly hired employees.
